About VOICELAND:
What you will do (Key Responsibilities):
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues reported by customers via our ticketing system, phone, and email.
Provision, configure, and support VoIP endpoints (IP phones, softphones) and Cloud PBX environments.
Escalate complex network or platform-level issues to the Senior Engineering team when necessary.
Educate and guide clients on how to utilize Voiceland’s telecommunication solutions efficiently.
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and technical steps taken within the CRM/Ticketing system.
Ensure all customer requests are handled promptly, adhering to SLAs and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1-3 years of proven experience in a Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or similar tech-facing role.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer-centric approach.
Solid understanding of fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routers/Firewalls).
Fluency in both Greek and English.
Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Nice-to-Haves (Strong Advantage):
Hands-on experience with VoIP technologies, SIP protocols, and Cloud PBX systems (e.g., 3CX, Asterisk).
A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
