At Nova Talent, our mission is to take the frustration out of the recruitment process. We're building the recruiting firm we always wished we had - we're not just recruiters, but operators who think like Founders, have a deep business acumen, are are truly T shaped.

We’re looking for a full-time Engineering & Product Recruiter to own the hiring process from sourcing to close. This is a fully remote role with core working hours (Team is in PST + MST), designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments. If you love deep sourcing, strategic hiring, and closing top technical talent, we want to hear from you.

Why You'll Love This Role

Remote-first team: work from anywhere with a results-driven, collaborative group.

Core working hours, but flexibility where it counts: balance autonomy with alignment.

High-impact role: own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer.

Opportunities to scale and lead: as you prove yourself, your role expands.

What You'll Bring:

You must have at least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an early-stage startup or agency. This is a requirement for us to consider your profile. We’re open to hiring a strong Mid-Level, Senior, or Staff Recruiter — mindset and approach matter most to us.

Sourcing expertise: you’ve personally sourced at least 80% of your hires (especially for startup companies without brand recognition).

Deep knowledge of engineering and bonus points if you've done product hiring: you understand what great technical talent looks like.

A track record of strong execution: you consistently deliver and iterate based on results.

A growth mindset: you take feedback, optimize your approach, and find creative solutions.

If you’re looking for a remote opportunity where you can make an immediate impact, apply today! 🚀
