Technical Project Manager leading a VMware vSphere to Red Hat OpenShift migration at one of the world's largest banks. Day to day involves coordinating the migration from planning to operational handover, managing project plans, deliverables and change management, with hybrid work from the Kraków office on a B2B contract.

- Experience coordinating complex technology transformation or migration projects in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience leading a VMware vSphere to Red Hat OpenShift migration, from planning to operational handover
- Solid knowledge of vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, clusters, networking and storage
- Understanding of OpenShift concepts (namespaces, workloads, routes, storage, security)
- Experience managing project plans, deliverables, actions and decision logs in project management tools
- Experience coordinating change management activities in line with formal processes
- Very good written and spoken English
