Technical Project Manager

If you're the kind of Technical Project Manager who enjoys bringing order to complexity, driving execution across multiple teams, and keeping high-impact initiatives moving in fast-changing environments - this could be your next challenge.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join a growing team leading complex AI and Supply Chain transformation programs within a global enterprise environment.

This is a hybrid position based in Yokneam requiring three days a week on-site, with close collaboration across teams in Israel and the US.

About the Role

This isn't a traditional project management role.

You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with Supply Chain, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver complex enterprise initiatives.

Your role is to keep projects moving: aligning stakeholders, managing priorities, removing roadblocks, and ensuring execution stays on track despite changing requirements and tight timelines.

You'll gather business requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate clearly with everyone involved - from technical teams to executive stakeholders.

If you enjoy solving problems, bringing structure to complexity, and making things happen, you'll feel right at home.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects and enterprise initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, and business impact
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, IT, Security, and business functions
• Identify roadblocks early and drive solutions to keep projects moving
• Help teams prioritize work and stay focused on what matters most
• Communicate project status, risks, and priorities clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
• Drive accountability and execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role?

• The people who thrive in this role are naturally proactive. They take ownership, move things forward, and don't wait for someone else to solve the problem.
• They're comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, navigating resistance, and making decisions when priorities change.
• They're organized, resilient, and able to stay focused under pressure while keeping everyone aligned and informed.
• Most importantly, they know how to turn complexity into execution and consistently deliver results in a fast-moving environment.

If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, ERP systems, enterprise applications, or large-scale data platforms
• Supply Chain experience is a strong advantage
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
