About us
Unitus is a people-centric consultancy working across Australia, New Zealand and beyond on large-scale projects in transport, infrastructure and other industries. We don't consult from the sidelines: we embed within our clients' teams and focus as much on culture, engagement and capability as on strategy and technology. Our clients include leading transport authorities, rail operators and global transport technology suppliers across Australia and New Zealand.
About the role
Unitus has a growing pipeline of digital systems work in the Transport sector across New Zealand, and we'd like to hear from Technical Project Managers at intermediate and senior level who are based in Auckland and willing to travel across ANZ.
You'll lead the on-the-ground delivery of SharePoint and Microsoft 365-based management systems as part of broader digital systems programs, from understanding what users need through to go-live and handover. You'll work closely with clients, our Technology Program Manager and a small delivery team.
Key responsibilities
Lead day-to-day design and delivery of SharePoint integrated management systems, managing risks and keeping scope, time, cost and quality on track
Work alongside clients on site to understand how they operate and what they really need
Shape practical solutions across SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, and guide their implementation and testing
Help users embrace new systems through training, user guides and a well-planned handover
About you
Proven experience in a similar role delivering technology projects or workstreams, with a solid grounding in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients at all levels, on site and remotely
Strong business analysis skills, and experience developing and delivering user training
A relevant qualification in IT, information management, project management or a related field
Willingness to travel across ANZ
Right to work in New Zealand
Why Join us
You'll work on meaningful Transport projects in a collaborative team where your technical leadership and client relationships make a visible difference.
