NetApp is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager in Cork to build and scale operational processes, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for its EMEA/LATAM Solutions Engineering organization of 200+ Solutions Architects. The role centers on Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft collaboration platforms, plus leading operational reviews and strategic initiatives.
NetApp is transforming how Solutions Engineering operates across EMEA and LATAM. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive key strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across our Solutions Engineering organization.
Reporting to the CTO & VP of Solutions Engineering for EMEA, LATAM, and the Middle East, you will build and scale operational processes, business dashboards, and reporting frameworks that help more than 200 Solutions Architects and Business Development professionals work more effectively across multiple countries.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant visibility and influence across leadership teams.
