These innovative solutions will empower our customers to unlock innovation, pursue new market opportunities, and reimagine how they do business in P&C.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Application Platform team, operating at the intersection of Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, and cross-functional leadership. This individual will be working with the Engineering Pods, Product Managers, Product Operations, Security, Site Reliability, and Leadership teams. This candidate plays a critical role in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of high-impact product features and capabilities.

The TPM will serve as a trusted partner to both Engineering and Product, driving alignment on priorities, owning execution plans, emphasizing data quality, optimizing model performance across products, and following SDLC with feature development. In addition, this candidate is expected to proactively identify and remove roadblocks to delivery.

This role requires excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and coordinate across a broad range of stakeholders across different timezones. A strong technical background around Cloud technologies, micro services, distributed systems, AWS, and/or Big Data ecosystem concepts are preferred. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, brings structure to ambiguity, and is passionate about innovation and execution excellence.

In this role, the TPM will work closely with Engineering leadership to drive operational rigor, and with Product leadership to ensure delivered solutions are aligned with our customer needs and strategic goals.
