- Partner with initiative owners, Chiefs of Staff, Technology teams, Finance, Risk, and Cyber leadership to collect, validate, synthesize, and present cyber program information in a consistent, executive-ready format.
- Drive the continued maturation of cyber reporting processes, including dashboard enhancements, metric standardization, reporting cadence management, and automation opportunities across repeatable reporting and compliance activities.
- Support cyber finance business management activities, including budget tracking, financial reporting, headcount analysis, workforce and location planning inputs, and coordination across Technology Finance and cyber leadership stakeholders.
- Provide program and budget management support for key Office of the CISO priorities, ensuring deliverables are tracked, dependencies are managed, and risks or issues are escalated appropriately.
- Coordinate regional CISO engagement and reporting, including preparation of materials, stakeholder follow-up, input tracking, and alignment across regional and global cyber teams.
- Develop clear narratives, talking points, Q&A materials, and briefing documents for senior leaders to support internal governance forums, executive reviews, and external-facing discussions where appropriate.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement for cyber underwriting, risk reporting, governance, and strategic cyber initiatives, ensuring inputs are complete, deadlines are met, and messaging is aligned.
- Translate complex cyber, technology, risk, and financial information into concise executive-level materials that support decision-making and oversight.
- Maintain strong governance over reporting deliverables, including version control, source documentation, issue tracking, and recurring review cycles with senior stakeholders.
