Position Summary
The Technical Program Manager serves as the primary delivery leader responsible for driving software product development across Precision Monitoring's connected healthcare platform. This role partners closely with Engineering, Product, QA, Regulatory, and Quality to translate product strategy into executable engineering work while ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
Unlike traditional IT Project Management roles focused on implementations or infrastructure, this position is embedded within the software engineering organization and owns execution of the product development lifecycle for regulated healthcare software.
The ideal candidate has successfully led Agile software development teams, understands SDLC governance, release management, requirements traceability, software verification & validation, and can confidently coordinate complex technical initiatives across multiple engineering disciplines while maintaining delivery commitments.
This role requires someone who can operate as the connective tissue between Product Management, Engineering, QA, and executive leadership while ensuring predictable software delivery in a regulated medical environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate has previously served as a Technical Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Program Manager, or Senior Software Project Manager supporting internal software engineering teams.
They have led cross-functional software engineering teams through the full SDLC, partnering with Engineering, QA, Product, Business Analysis, Security, and Architecture to deliver complex software releases. They are comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels—driving executive reporting while remaining closely engaged with Agile teams and day-to-day engineering execution.
They understand how to balance delivery commitments with technical complexity and have demonstrated success improving engineering predictability, release quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
