The Experience
Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a meaningful role at Salesforce in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within our Technology & Products organizations.

The Director of Technical Program Management for Security within Trust & Infrastructure will provide strategic and execution leadership across some of Salesforce's most critical security initiatives. You will lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional security programs, partner with senior Security, Engineering, and Product leaders to establish strategy and priorities, and build the operating mechanisms required to deliver measurable security outcomes at scale. This role is based in San Francisco, Palo Alto, Bellevue, Seattle or Chicago.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Lead and manage cross-functional security programs — partnering with Security, Engineering, and Product leaders to align on portfolio vision, strategy, and program scope, and cultivating executive relationships to drive strategic objectives.
Conduct program reviews to facilitate key decisions, eliminate roadblocks, and resolve issues, ensuring programs deliver on time.
Identify and mitigate program risks, orchestrate resolution of complex cross-functional dependencies, and ensure data is collected to inform decision-making.
Deliver transparent program status reporting with actionable insights on decisions, dependencies, risks, and metrics, while fostering a collaborative, innovative team culture.

You're Our Person If...

You have experience in the security domain in enterprise security, product security, detection and response operations and/or security engineering.
You are a master communicator across all organizational levels, from individual engineers to senior executives.
You have a proven track record of managing large, complex projects, with emphasis on the organization and presentation of data to facilitate decision making.
You thrive on fostering a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation within the security domain.

Even Better If...

You have prior experience with driving security requirements across large-scale enterprise environments.
You have familiarity with compliance and security standards, policies, and risk management.
You have familiarity with Salesforce's product ecosystem or similar enterprise platform environments.

Unleash Your Potential

Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best.
