Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the 3PD strategy, roadmap, and backlog, translating business needs into scalable data capabilities and AI/ML enablement.
- Data Lifecycle Ownership: Provide technical leadership across acquisition, ingestion, processing, storage, and consumption to support end-user and downstream system needs.
- Vendor Data Acquisition: Lead technical onboarding of external data sources, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, quality, and operational readiness.
- System Integration & Enablement: Drive upstream and downstream integrations, making patient data available for operational systems, analytics, reporting, AI/ML, and decisioning platforms.
- Delivery Management: Lead end-to-end technical delivery across workstreams, managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-team handoffs.
- Data Quality & Reliability: Establish standards for data accuracy, timeliness, and completeness; implement monitoring, observability, and issue-remediation with engineering teams.
- Architecture & Strategy: Partner with architects to guide integration patterns, scalability, interoperability, and long-term sustainability while managing technical debt.
- Governance & Compliance: Embed data governance, lineage, privacy, consent, security, and regulatory requirements into product design and delivery.
