Lead healthcare product strategy and write detailed technical specs while embedded in engineering, reviewing code and deploying changes to validate assumptions.
Healthcare’s helping hand.
CHG shook things up in 1979 by inventing the locum tenens staffing model. We connect doctors with patients who need their care. As the largest physician staffing firm in America, our providers treat millions of patients each year.
Our industry is growing and demand is high. This means you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your career. Keeping healthcare healthy can be as fun as it is rewarding
CHG is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution in a spec-driven development environment. This is an evolution of the traditional Product Manager role — you will not only define the “what and why” of the product roadmap, but you will author detailed technical specifications that give engineering teams the clarity to build with confidence. You will be embedded within engineering workflows, participating in design reviews, reviewing pull requests for spec alignment, and writing prototypes and code to validate your own assumptions. If you are a product leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and technology, and you believe the best specs come from people who understand both the customer and the code, this role is for you.
