An Introduction to Codal
Codal is an award-winning web design and development consultancy that helps enterprise organizations solve complex problems and accelerate growth through elegant, data-driven digital solutions. Our areas of expertise include application modernization, eCommerce, UX/UI design, product strategy, data analytics, and artificial intelligence.
At Codal, you will collaborate with some of the most innovative organizations in the world and work on cutting-edge technologies that push the boundaries of design and software development. We promote long-term success, not just for our clients but for our team, helping you develop a professional roadmap that takes your career to new heights.
Who you’ll be working with
Our Product team works at the intersection of business strategy, customer needs, technology, and delivery. We partner closely with our clients and Codal’s Engineering, Architecture, Data/AI, Design, and Project Management teams to solve complex business and technology challenges.
As a Technical Principal Product Manager, you’ll serve as a senior product leader across a selected portfolio of technically complex client accounts. You’ll provide account and product oversight, strengthen executive relationships, guide complex engagements, and identify opportunities to expand the value Codal provides through technology, data, and AI. This role does not replace the Solution Architect or Engineering Lead. Instead, you’ll bring enough technical depth to connect business objectives, product strategy, and technical decisions while ensuring teams remain focused on delivering measurable client outcomes.
*Note this role is open to candidates in the Chicagoland area and is not eligible for sponsorship.
