A presales engineer supporting global sales of Leoch's lithium battery solutions for data centers, UPS backup power, and telecom energy — sizing systems, configuring solutions, working with customers, partners, and R&D, and preparing technical proposals and compliance documents.
About the role
Support our global business for Data Center/AIDC, UPS backup battery and Telecom Energy solutions, working with customers, partners, Sales and engineering teams to develop suitable lithium battery solutions.
Key responsibilities
Understand customer requirements for backup power and mission-critical applications.
Support battery system sizing, product selection and solution configuration.
Participate in technical discussions with customers, UPS/rectifier partners and system integrators.
Support battery integration with UPS, rectifiers, BMS and monitoring systems.
Prepare technical proposals, presentations, compliance responses and customer documentation.
Coordinate technical requirements and issues with R&D and Product teams.
Support customer testing, POC and technical qualification activities.
Identify technical risks and help drive issues toward closure.
Build practical knowledge of UPS, Data Center, Telecom and high-rate battery applications.
About you
Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Power, Energy or a related Engineering field.
Experience in UPS, Data Center, Telecom Power, batteries or DC power systems is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates with less experience but relevant engineering fundamentals and strong learning motivation may also be considered.
Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining technical topics clearly.
Strong problem-solving, coordination and follow-through skills.
Good working proficiency in English and Chinese.
