🚀 Join fiskaly! Help Us Simplify Receipts for Millions

Millions of people interact with fiskaly every day, even if they don’t realize it. As a B2B company, we power the retail technology behind digital receipts and secure, legally compliant transactions. In Italy, we help retailers go fully digital and eliminate the need for hardware like fiscal printers to issue and manage receipts.

By making receipts tamper-proof through digital signatures, we help fight tax fraud. And with our paperless receipt solution, we offer consumers a modern alternative while helping merchants streamline their operations.

Sure, our solutions sound complex but our mission is simple: make receipts easy for everyone.

💼 The Role

As a Technical Customer Success Manager at fiskaly, you are the go-to person for our customers' technical questions about our solutions for Germany. You bring an interest in technical topics such as APIs and the willingness to get into complex subjects quickly and on your own – from TSE integration to regulatory requirements such as KassenSichV or DSFinV-K.

We'll help you build your expertise step by step. What matters is that you take topics on proactively instead of waiting for them to be assigned to you.

🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Be the bridge between our customers and our Sales and Development teams, bringing your own assessment to each case instead of just passing it on
• Analyse technical requests, reproduce errors, spot patterns in recurring customer issues and bring improvement ideas to the team proactively
• Create and maintain guides, FAQ articles and documentation wherever you see they're needed
• Run technical kickoff calls and guide customers through onboarding and the technical integration of our solutions
• Help shape our self-service solution and use your experience to keep improving our support processes
• AI-enhanced support: Identify, test, and support the adoption of AI tools to improve support workflows, self-service, and customer experience.

👀 What You Bring

• A proactive way of working: you don't wait to be handed a task, you see what needs doing and take ownership of it. This matters a lot to us
• Interest in technical topics: APIs and how technical systems fit together make you curious
• You learn fast and can get into new, complex topics quickly without losing the overview
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and new topics without losing focus
• A customer-focused mindset and a knack for explaining complex technical information clearly
• Strong communication skills: you can mediate between technical teams and customers without anything getting lost along the way
• A team player who gets involved and shares knowledge with others
• Native-level German and fluent English
• A valid EU work permit

Nice to have

• First experience in technical support or customer service
• Hands-on experience with APIs
• Any other language in addition to German and English

✅ What We Offer

• Structured onboarding and the chance to grow step by step into an expert
• 25 vacation days per year if you're based in Vienna
• Flexible working hours and a hybrid setup
• Hardware of your choice (Windows, Linux or Mac)
• A public transport ticket for Vienna or Berlin
• Access to a great office in Vienna or Berlin
• Plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development
• A lively, inclusive company culture that cares about your wellbeing
