Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization and pioneer in industry cloud, helping life sciences companies bring therapies to patients faster. As one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in history, we surpassed $3B in revenue in our last fiscal year with extensive growth potential ahead.
At the heart of Veeva are our values: Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed. We're not just any public company – we made history in 2021 by becoming a public benefit corporation (PBC), legally bound to balancing the interests of customers, employees, society, and investors.
As a Work Anywhere company, we support your flexibility to work from home or in the office, so you can thrive in your ideal environment.
Join us in transforming the life sciences industry, committed to making a positive impact on its customers, employees, and communities.
The Role
Managed Services are provided to our customers after they go live with Veeva Quality applications. We aim to be our customers' trusted partners and ensure they leverage the additional value Veeva applications offer.
Our Quality Services Team comprises 60+ consultants in Europe, of which 15+ are in the Managed Services Team. Due to the rapid growth of our client portfolio, we are opening many career opportunities for our new and existing employees. We hire people from industry, tech, and consulting, which adds diversity to our team.
Are you passionate about technology and life sciences? Would you like to be an advisor to our customers?
As a Quality Consultant, you will support a group of customers assigned to you. Your task will be understanding their business processes, providing guidance, discussing Vault changes, and applying all the required configurations. You will also actively collaborate with other teams at Veeva, shape ideas, enhance our delivery model, and work closely with our product management team to communicate the customer's requirements and meet the evolving needs of the industry.
To thrive in this role, you are likely to have the ability to adapt and learn new technology. You have been configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions. You enjoy working with customers, speak fluent English, and have strong communication and presentation skills. We have lots of training to help you get up to speed on the knowledge part!
However, if you have yet to gain direct experience in IT, the exposure to Quality Management and knowledge of the regulations applying to the Life Sciences industry (pharma, biotech) is highly valued. In this case, you must be prepared for comprehensive training and much self-learning. Our team will support you and provide the necessary materials and mentoring, so your first few weeks will be intensive in learning the Veeva Quality solution and configuration. (You will not be the first person in the team who, with no experience in implementing systems, is now flourishing and enjoys working at Veeva every day). We give you an excellent opportunity to upskill and enhance your CV!
If you are unsure whether your experience matches the requirements, please feel free to submit your application.
