Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CSOD Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) to lead the technical delivery and execution of large and complex Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) projects.
The Technical Engagement Manager will serve as the technical delivery lead, working closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, Integration Consultants, technical teams, customers, and third-party stakeholders to ensure that technical workstreams are planned, coordinated, tracked, and delivered successfully.
This role requires a strong combination of project/delivery management and technical understanding. The ideal candidate does not need to be a hands-on developer but should have sufficient technical and CSOD knowledge to understand complex technical discussions, help answer questions, identify risks and dependencies, and provide appropriate guidance to the project team and customer.
