Hiring Technical Business Analyst – Healthcare Domain

Location: Remote

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical solution delivery. The role involves working with business stakeholders, data teams, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Define user stories, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Orchestration Triage sessions and identify dependencies, gaps, risks, and impacts.
• Perform data mapping and document end-to-end data flows.
• Use SQL to query and analyze data in Snowflake.
• Analyze data relationships and dependencies.
• Support data validation, QA, defect triage, and root cause analysis.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with documented requirements.

Required Skills:

• Technical/Business Analysis experience in a technology or data-focused environment.
• Strong SQL and experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data models, relationships, and end-to-end data flows.
• Hands-on Data Mapping experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Ability to define clear acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
