- Work closely with technical teams to define integration requirements and data flows
- Assess downstream impacts across systems, processes, and reporting
- Support testing, implementation, and business readiness activities
Essential Experience - Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Previous HRIS implementation experience within a complex organisation
- Strong business process analysis and process improvement experience
- Experience working with enterprise applications and system integrations
- Ability to understand and document API, interface, and data integration requirements
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience working with large and complex datasets

If you've delivered HRIS implementations and understand the importance of data, integrations, downstream impacts, and business process transformation, we'd love to hear from you.
