• Support the design and development of specialty architectural components, including stairs, roofs, façades, and custom installations.
• Translate conceptual design intent into coordinated, technically sound BIM models for construction documentation.
• Produce highly detailed Revit models and drawings that support fabrication, coordination, and construction.
• Act as a technical resource to project teams, contributing to problem-solving and detailing strategies across all phases.
• Participate in internal reviews and cross-team coordination to maintain design quality, consistency, and adherence to office standards.
• Work with consultants, fabricators, and contractors to ensure constructability, coordination, and alignment with design intent.

Qualifications

• Professional Degree (B. Arch or M. Arch).
• 8+ years of work experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry, particularly in high-end residential or hospitality design.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong experience developing detailed construction documentation.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.
• Experience with additional modeling tools such as Rhino, 3ds Max, and SketchUp.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, design-focused open environment.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to technical excellence.
