Summary

As a Guidewire Architect focused on ClaimCenter / Jutro, you will define and own the end-to-end technical architecture for complex Guidewire implementations, modernization programs, and digital transformation initiatives across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will provide architectural leadership for ClaimCenter implementations, claims transformation programs, and digital experience solutions built using Jutro, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that accelerate customer value.
This role is ideal for a hands-on expert who enjoys solving complex business problems, shaping implementation strategy, and accelerating our customers’ path to value while contributing to Professional Services’ mission to cut implementation effort and time through AI and automation.

We believe in clarity and setting you up for success. In your first six months, you will take architectural ownership of one or more complex PolicyCenter implementations, aligning solution designs with customer business objectives while embedding Professional Services’ priorities around AI-enabled, faster, and more predictable delivery.
You will define technical roadmaps, guide teams through critical design and integration decisions, and put in place patterns and assets that measurably reduce implementation effort and time for future projects. As your influence grows, you will help customers fully leverage Guidewire’s cloud and AI platform, directly supporting our wider mission to transform how the world’s P&C insurers do business and advancing Guidewire’s ambition to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative solutions globally.
