- Coordinate recruitment processes, mainly for IT roles, gradually taking ownership with support from experienced colleagues.
- Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, lead initial candidate conversations, and keep everyone informed along the way.
- Prepare and analyse recruitment and P&C reports, turning data into practical insights, and take ownership of selected processes, becoming a go-to person for guidance and knowledge in those areas.
- Keep our recruitment and P&C systems accurate and up to date, making information easy to find and use.
- Help coordinate People & Culture projects, keeping track of documentation, deadlines, and next steps.
- Find practical ways to simplify everyday work and contribute to where your support is most needed as priorities evolve.
Requirements
- Experience in a role where you’ve coordinated tasks, worked with data, or kept documentation and information organized.
- A strong analytical mindset and enthusiasm for working with data and technology — finding satisfaction in organizing information, spotting patterns, and uncovering useful insights with Excel and other tools. We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to information, exploring patterns, and translating numbers into clear, practical insights. You feel confident using Excel and are keen to explore AI and other digital tools to improve reporting, simplify recurring tasks, and support better decisions.
- Excellent spoken and written English, so you feel comfortable having conversations and sharing ideas in an international team.
- Strong people skills — you listen, ask thoughtful questions, and enjoy building relationships, with a willingness to learn about recruitment and IT roles.
- An organized, proactive, and flexible approach — you move things forward, adjust your focus when needed, and ask for support when it helps.
- Practical training in IT recruitment and support from experienced People & Culture colleagues.
