Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for bank operations positions.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Manage interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment records.
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Support candidates through offer and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Experienced inhouse recruiter for banks/ insurance company/ recruitment agency. Freshers also can apply.
