About Us
At THEKER, we're taking on one of the greatest challenges of the 21st century: redefining how physical work gets done in the world.
We are a robotics and AI company building intelligent, adaptable systems that solve problems traditional automation never could. From Barcelona, our mission is to create a generation-defining company leading the robotics revolution.
By joining us, you will have the chance to do the most meaningful work of your life, setting a new standard for industrial automation and driving breakthroughs with global reach, while being surrounded by a focused, talent-dense team that shares this ambition and is here to win.
We recently closed the largest robotics Series A in Europe's history, and we're looking for the top 0.01% of talent to take on that mission with us, and build the biggest company in the world.
Your role:
We are looking for someone to own Talent Acquisition end to end at THEKER. We're entering the fastest period of growth in the company's history, hiring across engineering, deployment, and corporate functions all at once, and you'll be the person who turns every one of those open roles into a signed offer.
You'll join at the ground floor of THEKER's People function. There is no sourcer, no coordinator, no team to hand candidates off to. You own the role from the first conversation with a hiring manager to the candidate's signature: finding people, engaging them, running the process, and closing.
Day to day, you'll map the market for each open role, reach out to candidates directly, calibrate with hiring managers on what a role actually needs, screen and interview candidates, and manage the offer conversation until someone signs. You'll be the person candidates remember from THEKER, and the person hiring managers trust to bring them the right options, not just more options.
All of this with one simple goal in mind: make this the place exceptional people choose, stay, and do the best work of their careers.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, owning a process end to end: sourcing, calibration, screening, interviews, offer, and close.
A track record of closing candidates, not just moving them through a pipeline.
Comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates directly. This role has no one else building your pipeline for you.
Experience running calibration conversations with hiring managers and pushing back when a brief doesn't match the market.
Comfortable working against KPIs and timelines in a fast-moving environment.
Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish.
Barcelona-based or willing to relocate (100% on-site role)
Nice to have
Experience recruiting for engineering, technical, or industrial roles.
Agency background or experience in a hyper-growth start-up.
Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
A third language beyond English and Spanish.
You’ll thrive at THEKER if
You're excited by a fast-paced and ambitious environment. The opportunity ahead of us is enormous, and we're going all in to capture it.
You want responsibility early on, delivering at world-class standards for leading clients.
You enjoy experimenting, iterating quickly, and embracing change as part of the learning process.
You'd rather own the hard conversation, the pushback on a role brief or the negotiation on an offer, than pass it up the chain.
Main Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment pipeline for your roles, from kickoff to signed offer.
Calibrate with hiring managers to define what a role actually requires before sourcing starts.
Map the market and source candidates directly: LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and any channel that works.
Screen and interview candidates, and give hiring managers a clear recommendation, not just a shortlist.
Drive the offer process, including negotiation, until the candidate signs.
Keep the ATS and candidate pipeline accurate and current at all times.
Track your own recruiting metrics: pipeline generated, time to fill, and offer acceptance rate per role.
Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout their process, protecting THEKER's reputation in the market.
Flag roles or briefs that consistently underperform, and work with hiring managers to fix them.
What We Offer

A focused, talent-dense team where your work is visible and your decisions count.
An environment where new ideas are encouraged and your contributions shape both the product and the company.
100% on-site work in Barcelona.
