Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our recruiting already runs on AI + people: Claude handles the repetitive work inside Zoho Recruit, and this role owns the system. Watch before you apply:

ABOUT XENONSTACK

XenonStack is a Data and AI Foundry for Agentic Systems, enabling enterprises to design, deploy, operate, and scale intelligent agents across digital and physical environments.

We build enterprise-grade platforms across the agentic stack:

Akira AI - Reasoning and agent orchestration. Turn models into collaborative, policy-governed agents that learn and act together.

ElixirData - Agentic analytics intelligence. Explainable, decision-centric analytics for measurable business outcomes.

NexaStack - Agentic infrastructure automation. Secure, compliant AI deployment across cloud, edge, and on-prem.

MetaSecure - Trust, compliance and defense. Continuous assurance with AI-BOMs, risk scoring, and agentic security.

Our mission is to accelerate the world's transition to AI + Human Intelligence by making agentic systems reliable, responsible, and enterprise-ready.

WHO WE BUILD FOR

We work directly with enterprise customers who are building AI - across every industry. Because the platforms are our own, we sit with their CTOs, CDOs and Heads of AI on how AI actually gets built, deployed and scaled inside their business, not as an outside advisor but as the team behind the platform.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment across engineering and go-to-market roles. You will hire AI engineers, data engineers, platform engineers, and enterprise sales talent - roles where the candidate pool is small, the bar is high, and the best people are not applying to job boards.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You will source, screen, schedule, and close. You will not be handed a pipeline.

ROLE MISSION

Build a repeatable hiring engine that consistently delivers qualified technical and GTM talent, with short cycle times and offers that stick.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sourcing and Pipeline Building

- Build target candidate lists using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, GitHub, and direct outreach

- Write and refine Boolean searches for technical skill sets

- Run proactive outreach to passive candidates, not just inbound applications

- Maintain a warm pipeline for recurring roles

2. Screening and Evaluation

- Run structured screening calls against a defined rubric

- Assess technical candidates on fundamentals, project depth, and problem-solving approach

- Verify claims on the resume - tenure, scope, and numbers - before advancing anyone

- Write clear, decision-ready summaries for hiring managers and leadership

3. Process and Coordination

- Own the candidate journey end to end: first call through joining

- Schedule and coordinate rounds with founders, engineering leads, and business heads

- Keep every record current in Zoho Recruit - candidate ID, role, round, date, outcome

- Drive every stage to an action or a status update within one business day

4. Offers and Closing

- Run compensation conversations early and honestly, within defined bands

- Manage the offer-to-joining window actively to prevent drop-offs

- Conduct background verification before rounds are scheduled

5. Reporting and Improvement

- Track time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and drop-off reasons

- Flag where the funnel is breaking and propose fixes

- Improve job descriptions and screening questions based on what the pipeline actually returns

HOW WE WORK WITH AI

AI is part of the daily workflow here, not an add-on. In this role you are expected to:

- Use AI tools for resume screening, candidate research, outreach drafting, and summarising interviews

- Know where they get it wrong - every AI-assisted rejection needs a named human reviewer

- Build reusable prompts and workflows the team can adopt

Come ready to talk about what is in your AI stack and how you verify its output. We will ask.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

- Consistent monthly closures across engineering and GTM roles

- A live pipeline for recurring roles, not a fresh start every requisition

- Hiring managers get decision-ready summaries, not resume forwards

- Offer acceptance above 85%, with drop-offs understood and reduced

HOW WE WORK

We value deep work, clarity, and execution over activity. You will be expected to clarify, plan, execute, and escalate with options - not wait to be told. Ownership sits with the individual, and outcomes are measured, not effort.
