Talent Acquisition Specialist

Siege Media is a 100% remote full-service GEO agency specializing in SEO, content marketing, digital PR, and affiliate marketing as a method of driving LLM visibility for brands like Asana, Casper, and Intuit. We've grown from our San Diego roots into a distributed team stretched across the U.S. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find and hire the people who make that growth possible.

Perks for U.S.-based team members include 100% health, dental, and vision coverage, a 50% 401(k) match up to 6% of your salary, paid parental leave, encouraged mental health days, unlimited PTO, a work-from-home equipment stipend, and donation matching for causes you care about. We're remote-first by design, so you can do great work from wherever you do your best thinking. Learn more about life at Siege by following us on Instagram and checking out our work on Dribbble!

We build our team the same way we build content: by valuing substance over sameness. We welcome applicants of every background, identity, and experience (including people of color, LGBTQIA+ folks, veterans, parents, and people with disabilities) and we're committed to a fair, accessible hiring process. If you need any accommodation to complete our application or interview process, just let us know.

A note on AI in our hiring process: we use AI tools to help source and screen candidates, summarize interviews, and speed up scheduling, always with a person reviewing the results. A human will read your application and be part of every decision about your candidacy.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of technical and non-technical roles, partnering with leadership on more senior or specialized searches
• Manage and continuously improve our applicant tracking system (ATS), including any AI-powered sourcing, screening, or scheduling integrations
• Use AI-assisted screening and matching tools to build strong, qualified shortlists quickly, while personally validating fit, catching false positives and negatives, and applying human judgment before candidates move forward
• Conduct first-round interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit through structured interviewing and testing
• Use AI notetaking or interview-intelligence tools where helpful to capture interview detail, freeing you up to focus on the conversation instead of the transcript
• Post and maintain open roles across job boards, professional networks, and our careers page, using AI as a starting point and editing them so they sound like Siege
• Build and maintain a healthy, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive, AI-augmented sourcing strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to set qualification criteria, calibrate role requirements using hiring funnel data, and support hiring decisions
• Support fair, bias-aware hiring practices by using AI-assisted tools thoughtfully, identifying potential concerns, and following applicable hiring policies and regulations
• Stay current on recruiting-technology trends, and recommend new tools or workflows that improve speed-to-hire without sacrificing candidate experience
• Create and protect a positive, transparent candidate experience, and represent Siege as a great place to work throughout the process

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally including some exposure to AI-assisted or tech-enabled hiring tools
• Experience managing an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Comfort evaluating and adopting new recruiting technology, including AI sourcing, screening, or scheduling tools, with the judgment to know when to trust the tool and when to override it
• Proven experience conducting multiple interview formats (phone, video, panel, etc.)
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple open roles at once
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment

Suggested Skills

• Hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools (e.g., AI sourcing copilots, resume screening/matching tools, interview-intelligence notetakers, or generative AI for job postings and outreach)
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity platforms
• Experience developing recruiting and sourcing strategy
• Familiarity with content marketing, creative, or agency hiring

The salary range for this position is $55,000.00–$65,000.00 DOE.
