What We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in someone who is:

Hands-on — comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates directly.

Resourceful — able to find alternative sourcing solutions when conventional channels are not sufficient.

Business-oriented — able to understand what hiring managers actually need rather than simply matching CVs against a job description.

Organised — able to manage multiple vacancies and follow through consistently.

Collaborative — comfortable working within a small TA team where portfolios and responsibilities are shared based on business priorities.
