Talent Acquisition Specialist

📍Eindhoven (3 days in office) | 🗓️ 40hrs per week

🚀 This is what you tell people at parties

We didn't become Europe's leading e-commerce shipping platform by playing it safe. Sendcloud powers 30,000+ online retailers, marketplaces, and fulfillment companies. Helping them ship smarter, grow faster, and actually get shit done for their customers. Boring logistics? Not here. We're building the platform that solves shipping, at scale, globally!

Our Talent team is scaling fast, and tech hiring is where the pressure is always high — we're looking for a medior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can own that pipeline end-to-end. You'll recruit for Engineering, Product, Operation, and Design roles across Sendcloud, working directly with hiring managers who need talent yesterday. There's real room here to build your own playbook for finding tech talent that isn't actively looking.

🧐 The Role

• As the Talent Acquisition Specialist (Medior), you own the full recruitment cycle for a portfolio of tech roles, from intake to signed offer.

• You act as the main point of contact for hiring managers across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Design, advising them on market realities and interview design.

• You build and run your own sourcing strategy for every requisition, rather than relying on inbound applications alone.

• You shape how Sendcloud shows up to tech talent in the market, from outreach messaging to candidate experience.

🎯 What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of tech roles, from intake call to signed offer.

• Source candidates directly through targeted outreach, tech communities, referrals, and platforms like GitHub and LinkedIn.

• Run intake calls with hiring managers to turn a vague brief into a sourcing strategy and a realistic hiring timeline.

• Screen candidates and coordinate interview loops, keeping every step moving and every stakeholder informed.

• Guide candidates and hiring managers through offer negotiation, balancing market data with what the business can offer.

• Troubleshoot a quiet pipeline or a tricky brief by digging into the market and adjusting your approach.

• Track pipeline health and time-to-hire for your roles, flagging risks before they become fire drills.

• Share sourcing techniques and market insight with the wider Talent team to sharpen how Sendcloud hires tech talent.

✅ What you bring to the table

Personally

• You're endlessly curious about people — what motivates them, what they're capable of, and what a CV doesn't tell you.

• You'd rather test an unconventional sourcing channel than wait for the perfect candidate to apply.

• You build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers, and you're comfortable pushing back on a brief that doesn't add up.

Professionally

• 2–3 years of experience recruiting for tech roles (Engineering, Product, Data, or Design), in-house.

• A track record of sourcing candidates directly rather than relying on inbound applications.

• Comfortable owning multiple searches and stakeholders at once, and reprioritising as briefs shift.

• Fluent in English, spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.

❤️ Our Values

• 💩 No bullshit: Big egos suck. Be open, honest and transparent. Share your mistakes openly and learn from them. Don't just talk about problems, solve them.

• 🎯 Grow & win: Be highly curious, adaptable & proactive. Embrace discomfort and change. Keep an open mindset and learn from others. You invest in our growth, so we invest in yours.

• 🎠 Have fun: Work hard, laugh harder. Not everything has to be serious. Be yourself, especially if you're the good kind of crazy. Sendcloud is an adventure, not a corporate maze, enjoy the ride.
