Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role
BSI Financial is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help drive high-volume hiring across both technical and non-technical functions in India.
We are looking for a recruiter who knows how to build talent pipelines, proactively source passive candidates, partner with hiring managers, and consistently deliver quality hires in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive on finding talent, influencing hiring decisions, and filling challenging roles through creative sourcing strategies, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
• Manage a high-volume requisition load across technical and non-technical positions.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and market conditions.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, employee referrals, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent availability, and recruiting recommendations.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the ATS.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
• Meet hiring goals while maintaining quality, speed, and a high level of customer service.

What We're Looking For
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting both technical and non-technical hiring.
• Demonstrated success managing a high-volume recruiting workload.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruiting platforms.
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates—not just working inbound applicants.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and act as a trusted talent advisor.
• Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); UKG experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Preferred Experience
Experience recruiting for a variety of functions, including:
• Software Engineering
• Data & Analytics
• AI/Technology
• Product Management
• Finance & Accounting
• Operations
• Customer Support
• Mortgage Servicing
• Corporate Functions (HR, Compliance, Legal, etc.)

What Success Looks Like
The ideal recruiter is a true Talent Acquisition Partner, someone who understands the business, proactively identifies talent, advises hiring managers on market trends, builds pipelines before roles open, and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. They leverage data, AI tools, and creative sourcing strategies to deliver quality hires, moving beyond a "post and pray" approach to become a strategic recruiting partner.
If you're passionate about finding great talent and enjoy the challenge of high-volume recruiting, we'd love to hear from you.
