At Dialectica, we are on a mission to build the most trusted knowledge-sharing platform in the world. We partner with top business professionals and investment leaders to connect them with critical real-time insights. Recognized by the Financial Times as one of Europe's fastest-growing companies for six consecutive years, and a certified Best Workplace, Dialectica is scaling globally with ambitious growth plans.
To support this growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global Talent Acquisition team in Bogotá. You will own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles, working closely with hiring managers and members of the TA team. This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who enjoys finding great people, moving processes forward quickly, and building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
What you will do

- Sourcing: Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking and university channels.
- Screening and assessment: Run structured screening calls and assess candidates against role requirements and Dialectica's values, presenting well-prepared shortlists to hiring managers.
- Hiring manager partnership: Run intake meetings, align on requirements and timelines, and keep hiring managers updated on pipeline progress and market feedback.
- Candidate experience: Deliver a timely, transparent and engaging journey for every candidate, from first contact to offer.
- Data and process: Keep the ATS accurate and up to date, track pipeline metrics, and contribute ideas to improve TA processes and tools.
- Employer branding: Represent Dialectica in the local talent market, supporting university partnerships, events and social media initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house or agency. Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services or a fast-growing company is a plus.
- Sourcing skills: Hands-on experience with direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Stakeholder skills: Confidence working with hiring managers, asking the right questions and giving clear updates.
- Organization: Able to manage several open roles at once while keeping quality high and processes moving.
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Tools: Experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; comfortable working with data and Excel or Google Sheets.
- Mindset: Proactive, curious and eager to learn, with excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.
What you will get out of it
- Competitive base salary with additional performance incentives.
- Coverage under the company’s collective health insurance plan.
- Hybrid work model & extra personal/flex days and paid volunteer days a year for your favourite cause.
- Company-sponsored team-bonding events.
- Weekly health & wellness activities, gym discounts, healthy breakfast, snacks and beverages.
