We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on organisation, and enjoys making hiring processes run smoothly.
- You know how to find great candidates – especially in the UK across Audit, Accounting, Tax, or professional services. If you've worked within the South African market is also a bonus!
- You’re data-savvy – you can track, manage, and report on hiring data with accuracy and provide meaningful insight.
- You’ve worked with an ATS before – if you’ve used Pinpoint, even better! (If not, we’ll get you up to speed.)
- You’re great at screening candidates – you know how to ask the right questions to find the best fit.
- You keep things running smoothly – whether it’s updating templates, coordinating interviews, or managing recruitment processes, you make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things that make a big difference.
- Proactive: You don’t wait for great candidates to come to you — you go out and find them!
- Creative Problem-Solver: You love thinking outside the box to find and attract the right people.
- Empathetic Listener: Truly listens to what candidates and hiring managers are saying (and sometimes what they’re not), ensuring everyone’s needs are met and understood.
- Organised & Efficient: Juggling multiple tasks, deadlines, and candidates? No problem.
