The Role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially astute Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team on a 12 month fixed term contract (with the potential to turn into a permanent role).
This role will focus on delivering high-impact hiring across our technology, data and product functions. You will act as a trusted talent partner to senior stakeholders, combining data-led insight with headhunting expertise to identify, engage, and hire exceptional candidates directly into The Economist Group.
This is an opportunity for a skilled recruiter who thrives in an agile environment - someone who enjoys hands-on sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, and driving a high-quality candidate experience. You will also be actively involved in driving process improvements and project based work related to DE&I, Employer Brand etc.
