About PowerToFly
PowerToFly connects talented professionals with companies working to build skilled, inclusive and effective teams. We partner with clients to solve complex hiring challenges and create strong, thoughtful experiences for the candidates we represent.
About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our small, collaborative Talent Acquisition team.
This is a hybrid client delivery and hands-on sourcing role. You will own assigned client searches from intake through confirmed start, combining client partnership, project accountability, sourcing, candidate assessment and recruitment delivery.
You will lead regular client updates, develop sourcing strategies, identify and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage feedback and maintain candidate engagement throughout the process.
You will work closely with our separate Sourcing team and other Talent Acquisition colleagues, while remaining accountable for the progress and quality of your assigned searches.
What you’ll do
- Lead client intake and calibration conversations to understand role requirements, priorities, compensation, location, working model and interview process.
- Develop and execute practical sourcing strategies using search tools, professional networks, databases and talent communities.
- Conduct hands-on sourcing, candidate outreach and structured screening.
- Prepare clear, client-ready candidate submissions with relevant resumes and screening notes.
- Lead weekly client syncs, providing updates on pipeline activity, candidate quality, risks and recommended next steps.
- Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Keep candidates informed, prepared and engaged throughout the process, including final interviews, offers and notice periods.
- Follow up proactively on delayed feedback, candidate concerns, changing requirements and potential withdrawals.
- Maintain accurate candidate and project information in the agreed ATS and tracking systems.
- Contribute suitable candidates and market insights to PowerToFly’s shared talent communities.
What we’re looking for
- At least three years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a client-facing environment.
- Experience independently managing recruitment searches from intake through hire or confirmed start.
- Confidence leading client or hiring-manager meetings and providing clear progress updates.
- Strong hands-on sourcing, screening and candidate-management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at C1-equivalent level.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and follow-through across multiple projects.
- Ability to adapt to different clients, priorities and working styles.
- Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment tools, Google Workspace, spreadsheets and presentation tools.
- A proactive, collaborative and accountable approach to delivery.
- Availability to work within Eastern U.S. business hours.
