Talent Acquisition Partner - 8 week FTC

CARAFFI

We’re Caraffi, and we’re on a mission. To make HR the engine room of every organisation – a driver of transformation and success. It means doing things differently from our predecessors and our peers. Challenging the status quo. Crafting innovative solutions. Working shoulder to shoulder with people leaders to elevate them in their roles, functions and careers. It’s a bold and exciting

journey we’re on together, and it gives energy and purpose to everything we do.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for world class Technical Talent Acquisition Partners to join us, to work with one of our largest and most important clients on an initial 8 week assignment

Our TAP's operate as trusted partners - working with the best talent and people leaders to help turn our clients’ talent functions into strategic drivers of business. The right person will help our clients to find brilliant talent across cutting edge and world leading technology. Often, these difficult markets require innovative and fresh approaches; simply waiting for advert responses isn’t in our DNA. So using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, our clients ATS and database, GitHub, networking events and a variety of other recruitment technologies, you will work to uncover “unicorn” candidates.

But of course, finding these candidates is only the first step. Our Talent Acquisition Partners need to be able to articulate our client’s people propositions in a compelling and exciting way, beyond simply describing roles and responsibilities. It is also important to ensure our clients understand the market and where they are positioning themselves within it, so using data and detailed insights to keep senior leaders in the business updated will be crucial.

As a part of this, you will need to be highly organised and comfortable presenting your weekly findings and work to directors and the C-Suite, whilst managing key stakeholders and managers on a daily basis. Our Talent Acquisition Partners are always representing us, so acting as a trusted ambassador for Caraffi is essential, as is an ability to understand our business model and identify opportunities to introduce Caraffi experts into the business where appropriate.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be:

• A personable, articulate communicator who builds relationships with people easily
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders up to C-Suite and Director level, representing Caraffi in a professional manner
• Experienced working in a data driven environment

• Used to working with ATS/CRM systems
• Confident in Boolean and X-Ray searching, ideally with knowledge and experience of pipelining talent
• Experienced finding excellent talent in difficult, niche markets
• A LinkedIn Recruiter superuser
• Either from an in-house or agency background

YOUR FUTURE

You will be given the tools and support from day one to be successful with us. You will have unique access to a variety of challenges and stakeholders, developing your personal knowledge and catalogue of solutions on a daily basis. Our values are central to everything we do – “Anything Is Possible”, “Zero Friendly Fire” and “Iten Kenya” – the art of pushing yourself to new levels every day. These aren’t just printed on the wall, they are lived and breathed by everyone that works here, and we expect you to embody them too. We’ve built a culture based on trust, and our family enjoy unlimited holiday and a flexible approach to the day to day. We have a 10% bonus, private healthcare, and an opportunity to take equity in the business for people who excel and help to significantly propel us forwards. Dependent on your area of interest there are several different pathways you could take as a Talent Acquisition Partner with Caraffi.

DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION

Caraffi is for everyone, so it's imperative to us that we remain a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. We actively celebrate people being themselves, and our colleagues different abilities, sexual orientations, ethnicities, faiths, socioeconomic backgrounds, and gender identities make us who we are.

We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided with reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application, and if successful, the job itself.

So if your experience matches this role and is of interest to you, please reply and we will arrange a 20 minute informal call to talk about Caraffi, the role, and your experience.
