Talent Acquisition

Murphy AI deploys voice AI agents that help banks collect debt. We’ve built a fully-fledged platform designed to optimize recovery rates while maintaining respectful and personalized communication. Our advanced automation streamlines the process of collecting overdue invoices for banks and other industries, providing a seamless and effective solution.

Our AI-powered agents adapt instantly, engaging with debtors across channels like voice, messengers, email and sms to maximize results while preserving trust. By combining advanced artificial intelligence with powerful automation, we’re setting a new standard for how businesses recover payments.

As a fast-growing startup that has already made an impact within less than a year in the market, we are building a talented team to scale our operations and drive our vision forward 🌟

About the Role

We're hiring Murphy's first fully dedicated Talent Acquisition hire. Murphy is entering a critical moment: building a world-class product, closing customers across the globe, and rolling out our solution successfully — none of which is possible without a world-class team. You'll own that pipeline end to end, reporting to the Head of People, fueling our growth with multiple key hires every month across both Product & Engineering and GTM.

This is a hands-on, high-volume, high-bar recruiting role: you'll source directly, run the process end to end, and lean on AI and workflow tools to move faster and find better candidates than a traditional recruiting process would.

• Source top talent, relentlessly. Go beyond inbound: build and run outbound sourcing pipelines, using AI tools and workflows to find and engage candidates others miss, across both technical (Product & Engineering) and commercial (GTM) roles.

• Partner with hiring managers. Get deep enough into each role to challenge and sharpen the profile, not just fill a spec — be a true partner in defining who wins, not just posting the job.

• Own the hiring process end to end. From first outreach to signed offer: interview design, coordination, feedback loops, and closing — moving fast without cutting quality.

• Deliver a strong candidate experience. Every candidate, hired or not, should leave with a great impression of Murphy — you're often the first and most memorable touchpoint with the company.

• Build the TA engine, not just fill roles. Stand up the systems, workflows, and AI-assisted processes that let Murphy hire multiple key roles a month without the process breaking down.

About you

• A top sourcer. You know how to find and engage candidates who aren't actively looking, not just process inbound applications.

• AI-native. You use AI and automation by default — for sourcing, screening, and process — and you know exactly where a human judgment call still matters.

• A true partner to hiring managers, not an order-taker. You push back, sharpen role definitions, and hold a high bar.

• Comfortable across both Tech and GTM hiring. You can credibly evaluate and sell the role to a senior engineer and a senior AE in the same week.

• Fast, and unwilling to compromise on quality. You know Murphy's hiring pace depends on you, and you never let speed become an excuse for a bad hire.
