About the role:

At Support Revolution, great people drive our success, and we're looking for someone who loves finding them!

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to find and attract brilliant talent across the UK, USA, India and beyond, supporting our continued growth in the Oracle, SAP and PeopleSoft third-party support market.

You'll be hands-on with recruitment while leading and supporting our internal recruitment team, headhunting great candidates, building talent pipelines, benchmarking the market and partnering with hiring managers across the business.

If you love the buzz of finding the perfect candidate, enjoy making recruitment better and are ready to take the lead, we'd love to hear from you!

This full-time position is fully remote within the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

Here’s where you’ll make your mark:

• Lead and develop our Talent Acquisition function, setting high standards for recruitment quality and candidate experience
• Personally deliver end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and other corporate functions
• Lead recruitment for senior, specialist and business-critical appointments
• Use direct sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping to identify exceptional candidates in competitive markets
• Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned to future business growth
• Provide salary benchmarking, competitor intelligence and talent-market insight to support hiring decisions
• Review recruitment campaigns, sourcing strategies, job adverts and candidate shortlists to ensure consistently high standards
• Coach and support our internal recruiting team, sharing expertise and driving recruitment excellence across the team
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, candidate profiles and effective selection strategies
• Develop our employer proposition and ensure our external recruitment presence reflects the Support Revolution brand.

What we’re looking for:

You’ll bring:

• Significant end-to-end in-house Talent Acquisition experience
• A strong track record recruiting across commercial and corporate functions, such as Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance
• Excellent direct sourcing and headhunting capability
• Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, talent mapping and market intelligence
• Experience building proactive candidate pipelines
• The credibility and confidence to partner with senior stakeholders
• Experience coaching, mentoring or providing professional leadership to other recruiters
• Excellent judgement when assessing candidate quality and suitability
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how talent strategy supports business growth
• The ability to operate successfully across different functions, seniority levels and international markets

Oracle, SAP or PeopleSoft recruitment experience? Even better, but it’s not a deal breaker!

Interview process:

Our hiring process is designed to be efficient and transparent. Here’s what to expect:

1. Screening Call – A friendly chat with our Talent Acquisition team to get to know you and discuss the role
2. Hiring Manager Interview – Your chance to showcase your skills, experience, and ask us any questions about the role and team
3. Team Interview – Get to meet with other team members, dive into the exciting projects you’ll be working on, and experience the collaborative energy that drives our success!
4. Final HR Interview – A deeper conversation to understand your values, ensure a great cultural fit, and discuss the next steps.

Benefits and perks:

We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

• Competitive Salary: We value your hard work with a competitive package to be discussed from the very first conversation
• Generous Annual Leave: Take plenty of time to recharge with 25 days holiday, plus UK Bank Holidays, plus extra days as you grow with us!
