Introduction

The TA team plays a pivotal role in engaging, identifying and hiring top talents to drive the firm’s success. The team partners with hiring managers to deliver strategic recruitment solutions with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate engagement, recruitment operations and other ah hoc projects.

As a TA intern, you will partner closely with the TA team to support the successful delivery of recruitment initiatives across the organisation. Beyond assisting with day-to-day hiring activities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to projects in process optimization, employer branding, talent intelligence, gaining valuable exposure to strategic talent acquisition practices within a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities

Support recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviewing coordination and assessment, offer administration
Manage candidate communications to ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure data integrity within ATS
Monitor recruitment progress and provide support to recruiters
Assist in maintaining recruitment documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures
Assist in the preparation of user guides for new initiatives to support change management, increase adoption and knowledge sharing
Gain practical experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and other recruitment platforms to optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties when required

Recruitment analytics and workforce reporting
Process improvement and AI applications within TA

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in any discipline with a keen interest in HR and/or Talent Acquisition
Available to commit a minimum of 6 months for the internship
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and the ability to and the confidential informationTeam player, selft starter and possesses the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Proficient IT skills, familiar with search engines and databases. System knowledge in SuccessFactors, recruitment databases, and AI-driven recruitment tools would be highly advantageous
Familiar with MS Office, and Outlook
