- Solution Selling: Position Tableau as a key enabler of Victoria's broader data and digital transformation agenda, spanning policy, service delivery, infrastructure, health, education, planning, and community services — articulating value in scalable, accessible analytics for public sector decision-makers at every level.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and the broader Salesforce Public Sector team to deliver cohesive, high-impact engagements tailored to the unique needs of each government entity.
- Ecosystem Navigation: Work within Victoria's rich public sector partner ecosystem — including systems integrators, management consultancies, and local government associations (e.g. MAV) , to drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Forecasting & Pipeline Discipline: Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and account insights using Salesforce, ensuring visibility and predictability across your territory.
- Proven success in enterprise, consultative sales with a track record of exceeding targets in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
