Description
We're looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Koch Services IT team! In this role, you'll serve as a key technical resource across Koch Companies and Koch Logistics, supporting systems infrastructure, cybersecurity, network operations, email services, backups, Citrix, and enterprise technology initiatives. You'll partner with IT leadership and internal teams to implement new technologies, strengthen security, troubleshoot complex issues, and keep critical systems reliable and secure.
Location: Corporate Office, Golden Valley
Hiring Range: $90,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week; occasional off-hours work and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.

What You'll Do

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Citrix infrastructure, firewalls, email services, email security, backups, infrastructure monitoring, and endpoint imaging.

Assist with network maintenance, upgrades, routing, switching, and troubleshooting across company locations.

Monitor hardware integrity, warranties, licenses, and lifecycle information to support reliable technology operations.

Participate in in-person meetings, cross-training, continuous process improvement, and the after-hours on-call rotation.
Knowledge and Skills to be Successful

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently investigate complex issues.

Strong written and verbal communication skills across phone, email, instant message, and in-person interactions.

Working knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, networking, routing, switching, and systems integration best practices.

Knowledge of cybersecurity standards, security monitoring, remediation, and incident response procedures.

Experience supporting enterprise technologies such as firewalls, Citrix, Microsoft Exchange, backups, and infrastructure monitoring.
