Strong understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP and experience designing VPN and hybrid connectivity. Required expertise in network design, implementation, and operations; experience with Aruba switching and Palo Alto firewalls is preferred. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, and familiarity with AWS or GCP is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills across network, server, and virtualization layers. Ability to prepare technical documentation, including design diagrams, operation manuals, and implementation reports. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams. Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese preferred. Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Candidates must have hands-on experience with Hyper-V and Azure. Experience with Palo Alto and Aruba solutions is highly desirable.
