We are searching for a Systems Analyst (Application Engineering) – someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will develop clinical/business solutions by investigating processes to understand data and communications flow with individual tasks and transactions within Integrated Delivery System. Job Duties & Responsibilities
Support and administer endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM. Package, test, deploy, upgrade, and retire applications across the enterprise environment.
Support Windows and macOS endpoint lifecycle activities, including software deployments, patching, operating system upgrades, and compliance initiatives.
Troubleshoot application, software deployment, and endpoint management issues through log analysis and root-cause investigation.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Monitor endpoint health, deployment success, vulnerability remediation, and compliance metrics to ensure a secure and reliable environment.
Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Service Desk, and Application teams to implement and support endpoint and application engineering solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, and knowledge transfer materials.
Participate in project planning, testing, implementation, and operational transition activities for new technologies and services.
Utilize ServiceNow and ITIL-based processes to support incident, change, and problem management activities.
Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement skills while identifying opportunities to enhance technology services.
Skills & Requirements • Required H.S. Diploma or GED • Required 4 years' experience in information systems • Bachelor’s degree will substitute four (4) years of work experience • Master’s degree will substitute for two (2) years of work experience. • Up to one (1) year of clinical patient care and/or clinical research experience may substitute for the one (1) year of required information systems experience on a month-to-month basis
