WHO WE ARESt Agnes’ Catholic Parish is a dynamic not-for-profit organisation located in idyllic Port Macquarie providing education, early childhood services, aged care and community services to the community. St Agnes’ Catholic Parish is a registered NDIS service provider committed to creating an inclusive, supportive community. We focus on empowering individuals, couples and families by promoting choice, independence and high-quality, accessible services.We deliver supports in both home and community settings across the Kempsey and Port Macquarie. Our supports operate 7 days a week.We also operate a Monday–Friday day program in Kempsey, offering social, recreational and skill-building activities. Participants are supported to pursue their goals through a mix of group and one-on-one activities. ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our casual pool in Kempsey, with flexibility to work 08:00 - 16:00 across the week.As a Community Support Worker, you will support NDIS participants in supported accommodation, our day center and in community-based settings throughout the Kempsey region.No two days are the same—your role may involve facilitating activities such as dancing, drama, karaoke, cooking, drumming, swimming, fishing, walking, or other recreational and skill-building opportunities.This is a rewarding role where you’ll work collaboratively within a supportive team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
