You’ll receive hands-on training across our irrigation systems, software and electronics, with the opportunity to develop skills in troubleshooting, soldering, circuit board repair and system setup.

What you'll do

• Help customers and agents troubleshoot issues over the phone and email in a friendly, professional way

• Record and manage support calls and updates in our CRM system

• Assist with installing, testing and troubleshooting irrigation equipment

• Diagnose and repair electronic circuit boards

• Learn and develop your soldering and electronics skills

• Assist with system setups and technical support

• Help maintain and update technical documentation

• Work with the team to solve problems and improve our support processes

What we're looking for

• Comfortable using Windows and Microsoft Office

• Interested in learning skills such as soldering and circuit board repair

A Certificate III in Electronics, Electrotechnology or a similar qualification is desirable, but we will consider candidates with equivalent practical experience and the right attitude.
