About the Project

As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving IT systems and applications for our global clients. You will work closely with development and operations teams to resolve technical issues, enhance system performance, and ensure seamless operations in the finance/stock exchange industry.

Operating Systems: Windows, Linux
Scripting & Automation: Bash, PowerShell, Python
Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK Stack
Incident Management & Ticketing: JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk
Networking & Security: VPN, Firewalls, IAM

At least 4+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related fields
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and cloud platforms
Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL best practices
Basic scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting
Good command of English
