Salary: $2,600 per month

📍Location: Central (Raffles)

💰Pay: $2600/month

📅Duration: 1st November till 31st March

⏰Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software and system-related issues.

• Configure, set up and deploy laptops, desktops and other IT equipment.

• Install and troubleshoot software, applications and basic network connectivity.

• Assist users with system and application usage, including providing basic guidance and training.

• Manage user accounts, access rights and basic IT configurations.

• Log, track and follow up on IT support requests, escalating complex issues when required.

• Perform basic IT maintenance and assist with inventory and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec in IT or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
