• Connect with individuals and families interested in learning about available benefits

• Listen carefully to client questions, needs, and financial protection priorities

• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized customer service

• Help with beneficiary-related service requests

• Provide continued support after enrollment

• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation

• Manage appointments and follow-up activities

• Deliver a positive client experience from beginning to end

🛡️ Benefits Education & Enrollment

Once appropriately licensed, you'll also:

• Conduct virtual benefit consultations

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Help clients understand coverage features and available choices

• Identify solutions based on individual and family needs

• Answer questions clearly without unnecessary industry jargon

• Recommend appropriate benefit solutions

• Assist eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Complete required documentation accurately

• Provide ongoing service after coverage is established

Our approach emphasizes education, relationships, and helping clients make informed decisions rather than high-pressure sales tactics.

📞 Qualified Client Opportunities – No Traditional Cold Calling

Spend more time helping families and less time searching for prospects.

Representatives have access to qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families interested in receiving information about available benefits.

No lead purchasing is required.

Your focus is on:

Connect → Understand Needs → Educate → Recommend → Enroll → Provide Ongoing Service

💰 Weekly Commission-Based Pay + Performance Bonuses

This is an important distinction:

This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity—not a guaranteed hourly or salaried CSR position.

Compensation opportunities may include:

• Weekly commission payments

• Performance-based bonuses

• Uncapped personal production potential

• Renewal income

• Long-term residual income opportunities

• Leadership compensation as you advance

• Performance recognition and incentives

Because compensation is performance-based, your earning potential is influenced by your activity, consistency, production, client service, and results.

Individual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.

🏠 100% Remote / Work From Home

Build your career without the daily commute or traditional office environment.

Your virtual workday may include:

• Zoom client consultations

• Phone appointments

• Digital applications

• Online enrollment systems

• Virtual training

• One-on-one coaching

• Team meetings

• Professional-development workshops

• Client follow-up and service

You'll remain connected to your clients, mentors, and team while working from your own professional home workspace.

⏰ Flexible Scheduling

Remote work provides flexibility, but successful representatives understand that flexibility works best with consistency and accountability.

You'll have the opportunity to organize your schedule around your personal and professional responsibilities while maintaining the activity necessary to:

• Serve clients

• Attend training

• Complete appointments

• Follow up consistently

• Develop professionally

• Reach personal performance goals

This can be an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individuals who prefer autonomy and performance-based growth over a traditional office environment.

📚 No Experience Required – Comprehensive Training Provided

New to insurance? That's okay.

Previous insurance experience is not required to apply.

Our training and professional-development program may include:

• Structured virtual onboarding

• State insurance licensing guidance

• Product and benefits education

• Application and enrollment procedures

• Digital business systems

• Weekly coaching and workshops

• One-on-one mentorship

We value communication skills, professionalism, work ethic, coachability, dependability, and motivation just as much as previous industry experience.

🎓 Licensing

You do not need to already hold an insurance license to apply.

Because this position involves discussing and enrolling clients in insurance products, representatives must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.

Licensing guidance and support are provided throughout the process.

❤️ Benefits & Professional Support

Eligible and qualifying representatives may have access to:

• Medical insurance reimbursement opportunities

• Company-supported life insurance

• Accidental Death Benefit coverage

• Renewal and residual income opportunities

• OPEIU Local 277 representation where applicable

• Professional coaching and mentorship

• Leadership-development programs

• Virtual business technology and tools

• Company-sponsored incentive travel

• Leadership conventions and conferences

• Professional-development events

• Performance bonuses

• Achievement awards

• Team recognition

• Additional performance-based incentives

• Leadership experiences and advancement opportunities

📈 Build More Than an Entry-Level Career

This opportunity doesn't have to end with customer service.

Representatives who demonstrate strong performance, consistency, professionalism, and leadership potential may pursue opportunities such as:

Client Success Specialist → Benefits Representative → Trainer/Mentor → Team Leader → Management → Advanced Leadership

Advancement is based on performance, initiative, professional development, and demonstrated leadership ability—not simply seniority.
