Supply Chain Industrial Engineer - Irving TX

· Analyze supply chain operations to identify improvement opportunities.

· Design and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering principles.

· Optimize warehouse layouts, labor utilization, and material flow.

· Develop labor standards and productivity metrics.

· Conduct time studies and workflow analysis.

· Improve inventory management and replenishment strategies.

· Analyze transportation and distribution networks to reduce costs and improve service levels.

· Use simulation and data analysis tools to evaluate operational performance.

· Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

· Support automation and technology implementation projects.

· Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

· Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
