Job Description

As part of the Thermo Fisher Scientific team, you’ll discover meaningful work that makes a positive impact on a global scale. Join our colleagues in bringing our Mission to life every single day — enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. We provide our global teams with the resources and opportunities to achieve their career goals while helping science move forward and addressing some of the world’s toughest challenges, from protecting the environment and ensuring food safety to helping advance the search for new treatments and cures.

Within Thermo Fisher Scientific, Fisher Scientific connects customers with an extensive portfolio of laboratory, research, safety and production products from thousands of trusted suppliers and leading scientific brands. This breadth creates a unique opportunity: helping customers navigate an enormous choice of products while creating powerful ways for our supplier partners to reach, engage and convert the right audiences.

The Supplier Marketing Specialist plays an important role in bringing these opportunities to life. Working closely with Supplier Marketing Managers, suppliers, the Creative Studio, Digital Marketing and other internal teams, you will coordinate supplier-funded marketing campaigns from planning through execution, reporting and invoicing.

You will be at the center of a broad and fast-moving portfolio of marketing activity, helping ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time while creating a great experience for both our supplier partners and internal stakeholders. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys making things happen and combines strong organization with an interest in marketing, digital media and commercial performance.

• Partner with Supplier Marketing Managers with proposals, presentations, campaign plans and supplier-facing materials.
• Help deliver a consistent and professional supplier experience from campaign booking through execution, reporting and invoicing.
• Work across internal teams to resolve campaign questions and delivery issues quickly and effectively.

Manage Marketing Platforms & Processes

• Maintain the marketing platforms, tools and workflows that enable scalable delivery of supplier-funded media and promotional activity.
• Ensure campaign and product information is accurate and up to date, including relevant product availability and supporting information.
• Work with Marketing, Digital and other stakeholders to simplify processes, improve workflows and increase operational efficiency.
• Support the development of scalable ways of working as our supplier marketing programs and advertising opportunities continue to grow.

Ensure Commercial & Financial Accuracy

• Ensure supplier marketing orders and campaign activity are accurately recorded in Workfront, supporting efficient project completion and invoicing.
• Track media purchases and campaign delivery, to ensure commitments are fulfilled and financial information is complete and accurate.
• Maintain clear campaign documentation and records to support invoicing, financial controls, audit and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Supplier Marketing Managers and Finance stakeholders to ensure supplier investments are accurately tracked from booking through completion.

Measure & Communicate Performance

• Compile campaign performance reports and dashboards, providing Supplier Marketing Managers and suppliers with visibility into campaign results.
• Track agreed KPIs and support post-campaign analysis to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure reporting data is accurate, consistent and delivered in a timely manner.
• Apply campaign learnings to improve future execution, processes and supplier marketing activities.
