Supervisory IT Specialist (SYSTEMS ANALYSIS)

This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Supervisory/Management Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA - FE/Endpoint Svcs /Customer Spt Directorate.

Incumbent is responsible for the overall management of functions and staff required to support the planning, design, and implementation of new and improved information systems to meet the requirements of customer organizations.

Develops, maintains, and presents analyses and briefings advising leadership on new technological developments, techniques, and enhancements that result in time savings and cost efficiencies.

Develops integrated information requirements and integrated architecture, configurations, policies, procedures, plans/programs, and budget to support enterprise requirements related to communications, processor, storage, and software.

Provides centralized lifecycle management, direction and guidance for budget, acquisition, sustainment and implementation of IT systems and software.

Directs extensive and comprehensive data analysis to identify potential risk areas in technology infusion within the enterprise.
