SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN)

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the N6 DIVISION of COMMODORE SPECIAL WARFARE GRP ONE.

You will responsible for the leadership, supervision, oversight, innovation, and integration of many important IT initiatives, services, projects, and programs.

You will evaluate customer requirements and direct the development of plans to deliver solutions based on availability of funds, manpower, and compatibility issues.

You will improve work methods and procedures used to accomplish work in support of mission objectives.

You will oversee the development of technical data, estimates, statistics, suggestions, and other information useful to higher level managers in determining which goals and objectives to emphasize.

You will plan and establish the work schedules, deadlines, and standards for acceptable work; coordinate and integrate contractor work schedules and processes with work of subordinates or others.

You will hear and resolve complaints from employees, referring group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher-level supervisor or manager.
